Robert Gianelli, Esq. will present class action case law over implementation of AB72 and it's impact on independent physicians
Daron Tooch, Esq. will discuss legal remedies to inadequate reimbursement under AB72 for non-contracted, non-emergency medical care
Pat Hooper, Esq. will present issues on the long standing and ever present recover actions against physicians by both government agencies and private payors
