Please join the Cooperative of American Physicians (CAP) at 333 Pacific for networking and a dinner program. The Anatomy of a Malpractice Lawsuit and Claim will discuss what physicians can expect throughout the claim and lawsuit process with examples from past cases.

    What to look forward to:

  • Understanding the lawsuit process
  • Learning the do’s and don’t of litigation
  • Learning how to best prepare yourself
  • Real-life examples

All physicians will find this presentation interesting and relevant. Roughly 20,000 medical malpractice lawsuits are filed every year—keep yourself from becoming a part of that number. We look forward to seeing you at this informative and interactive program.
